The Importance of a Success Partner
Happy Friday! I don't about you, but I feel like this week has been dragging. Maybe it has been the heat (close to 100 degrees every day), I just know that I am glad that the weekend starts at 5 pm today!
So today I am going to talk about something that I feel is VERY important to each of us. It is a specific person in you life that will help you to succeed in your profession, home business, fitness, and lifestyle goals. They will help you when you hit a roadblock or when you run out of ideas. It is a person that will give you the extra enouragement and push that you need to reach a goal. This is what we like to call a Success Partner. :)
So why is a Success Partner so important? Well...I can't really explain why without telling you about my own success partner...
Her name is Nicole and let me tell you...she is awesome. We started talking randomly one day in our Bombshell Dynasty group...and discovered are both at pretty much the same stage of our businesses. That is when we both decided that we were meant to be Success Partners. We both shared the same enthusiasm, drive, and determination...and we both want to succeed and make a huge impact. She inspires me everyday, and I am SO glad that she came into my life!
Together, we have brainstormed and come up with some realistic goals that we BOTH would like to reach. I am going to make us BOTH accountable and post those goals now for you all to see...
So now I am going to ask you, do you have a Success Partner? Do you have a person that you can count on to inspire you, push you, and help you reach all of your goals? If you don't...evaluate, talk to people, and find one :) It will be the best decision that you will ever make...
If you do have a success partner, share your story with me! Why are they your success partner? How did you know that you two were perfect together? What have you been able to do that you would have never done without their support and encouragement? Email me your story! And this weekend I will be posting your stories on here...Bombshell Dynasty members...this means you!

- We both want at least 15 people signed up with us as their coaches...and let me just say that in the past couple of days we have both been on a roll!
- We both WILL be EMERALD coaches by SEPTEMBER
- We have vowed to have weekly talks about our progress...this has actually turned into us talking almost DAILY about our progress :)
- We both were determined to make video blogs...and we did! Check mine out here :) (Nicole, post your link in my comment section when you read this and I will add it up here!)
- We both decided to blog...A LOT...and we have been :)
- We both wanted to join MORE social networking sites...and we did! LinkedIN, StumbleUpon...

Random ramblings for the day...
"I promise..."
"You can trust me..."
"I love you..."
These are phrases that should not be just thrown around, they are words that pack a lot of punch and you should never say unless you fully intend on following through. Unfortuately, most of us have come to learn that not everyone can fully understand the power that these words possess. Not everyone realizes that there are still some people in the world that hold these words close to them, and do NOT just throw them around trying to make someone feel good. That is what leads to this rambling of the day.
Most of you did not know me before the beginning of this year, so you do not know exactly where I was in my life when P90X came into play. I was absolutely head over heels in love. He was the first guy that I could actually see myself being with forever. He was amazing, and so was his family. I felt like I fit right in with them and they made me feel welcome. More than anything else though, he made me feel so good about myself I could not even belive it. He helped me through my home buying process, and was even set to move in and be my roommate in December. Then, out of the blue the second weekend of December things changed. We had a great weekend, his parents were in town and they finally met my parents. We all discussed our New Years plans because we were all spending it together here in Pittsburgh. On Sunday night, all that he said was "I can't do this right now" and just like that my world fell apart. I couldn't breathe and had no idea what I was going to do. Not even my closest friends could comfort me. It was the worst that I have ever felt in my life.
I had most of his stuff until February, I finally packed it up and told him to pick it up because I needed to move on with my life. Obviously he did not care enough to even give me an explanation as to why things fell apart so suddenly like they did. He picked up the boxes that I packed and it was the most awkward 45 minutes of my life.
Well, now it is June...and I thought that I had moved on...the feelings were gone and I could finally breathe again and feel like myself. Then I found out that he is seeing someone and that waive of hurt and disappointment all came back. Way to ruin my day...
But right now, at this very moment, I am making a promise to myself. No more dwelling on the past. I am moving on with my life. I am in better shape than I ever have been, I have an amazing group of friends, and a fantastic family. I would have never gotten through today if it were not for Kati, Lacey, Kristin, Mike, and Rachel.
So from a girl that has been hurt, torn apart, and slowly put herself back together again...PLEASE DO NOT use the words "I promise...", "You can trust me...", and most of all "I love you..." unless you mean it. Because when all is said and done, it is when we think of those phrases that we hurt the most...

It is good to be back!
Well, I have decided to try my hand at blogging again!
I started a wonderful journey to transform myself into a healthier, happier woman...A journey that will help me get fit and feel confident in my body...And I am SO excited!
First off, a little about me :)
I have always been a relatively small person, and I was always very fit! however, I ran into some health problems that set me WAY off track...and I became very unhappy with myself. So I decided to take action! I got in contact with my awesome Beachbody coach, Kati, and she helped me realize that I can transform myself!
I ordered P90X, and started P90X lean. After one week I was already seeing amazing results! I started eating clean, and drinking more water. Plus, I gave up coffee! And I could drink a pot of it a day. But amazingly enough, I am more awake now WITHOUT the coffee that I was with the coffee!
Unfortunately, last week I got very sick. So I have only been working out every other day...but keeping up with my diet! I cannot wait to start back up again everyday, because I know that it will make me feel a lot better!
Anyway, that is enough for now...I will keep you posted about my journey!
